Shopping, hmm…who doesn’t like shopping, especially us, women..
Have you read the novel series “Shopaholic” by Sophie Kinsella? They are my favorite, it is funny, light reading but very entertaining. But the saddest thing is when I lost that book, the first series “Confessions of a Shopaholic”. I kept at my mom’s house, but that time when I lost most of my collections because of the termite, I went to my mom’s house to check it out… and I just find other series beside that book… I don’t know whether my mom had thrown it away or there was somebody who borrowed without asking. Well, I have to buy it again…!!

Few months ago it was filmed with title as the first book “Confessions of a Shopaholic”. But anyway, I haven’t watched it yet. I hope it is as funny as the book. Have you watched it?

Laskar Pelangi Movie

I feel like I live in the jungle. No access to the world out there. Again, I’ve missed to watch the movie that I had been waiting for so long. After Ayat-Ayat Cinta now I’ve missed Laskar Pelangi The Movie. It has been on the theaters since September 25th. My kids didn’t allow me to go and it’s impossible to bring them. Why it happens to me?? Hiks..hiks.. Now, I just wait until the DVD is published. Watch at home is not the same as in the theater. But what else can I do?

Disney Forever

Every little girl in this world must have dream to be a beautiful princess. That was also my dream when I was a little and that’s why I love Disney movies especially about the fairytales. The story is amazing and its high quality picture makes our imagination becomes live. I still remember how I pretended to be Cinderella; I was using a sarong as my princess gown, my mom’s shoes and dancing with a bolster…

Coming Soon : Laskar Pelangi The Movie

Great News for Andrea Hirata fans, Laskar Pelangi The Movie will be released in the cinemas at September 25, 2008.

This movie is produced by Mira Lesmana and directed by Riri Reza.
The film was shot on location on Belitong Island, the setting of the novel. Twelve of the roles were played by local children. And there will be famous actors too such as CutMini, Tora Sudiro, Slamet Raharjo, Alex Komang, Mathias Muchus, Rieke Diah Pitaloka, Robbie Tumewu, JajangC Noer and many more.
The novel has sold more than 500,000 copies and has won the position of Must-Read Novel in every corner of the nation's bookshops and media review pages. So I can't wait to watch the movie version!

My Manga Character Name

If I were a manga character, I would choose the name Amaya that’s means “night rain”. I choose that name because I believe that the girl with name Amaya must be as beautiful as her name, and I like Amaya name because it just sounds like my last name, Amalia, which means generous woman in my country

Who had seen Naga Bonar Jadi 2 the movie, must be curious about the 1^st Naga Bonar Movie.
