Chocolate Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
175 ml Water
200 g Sugar
58 g Cocoa Powder
55 g Dark cooking chocolate, chopped
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Add in the cocoa and cooking chocolate. Whisk together. Cool to room temperature. Put into a plastic bottle.
- Store in a refrigerator
