I love eating avocado, especially with chocolate ice cream topping, hmm…yummy…!!
Most of diet people who I know, always say no to Avocado, because it’s always connected with cholesterol. But, some researchers have proved that Avocado fat does not increase your cholesterol levels or is in any way harmful. But in fact its great source of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat becomes the reason for which avocado cholesterol diet is highly beneficial for lowering bad cholesterol levels.
And also, avocado has other great benefits:
  1. Great antioxidant and can be used for skin disorders
  2. Avocado has been used traditionally to help people with sexual problems.
  3. Avocado will aid healing for people suffering from digestive and circulatory problems
  4. Avocado paste can be applied to rashes and rough skin to make it smoother.
  5. The brighter the fruit, the more beta-carotene (the substance that helps to prevent cancer) your avocado contains.
So girls, don't worry about the avocado content of fat and start to feel the great benefit of it.

I absolutely lurve Avocado too :) I like Avocado juice with lots of condensed milk! No ice :)
